We can't say enough about our experience with Leo and team. We bought a house down the cape and the paint was in terrible shape. Leo came and gave us a reasonable quote and a very thorough remediation plan. His team worked extremely hard (sometimes as many as 8 employees working) to get it done as quickly as possible. He had to push out the completion date a little bit as the project was even more involved than he originally thought, but the finished product was incredible. Everyone who had seen the "before" could not believe the "after". Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Leo’s Painting and Carpentry Service is the absolute best! They painted the entire inside of our condo, upstairs, downstairs, all walls, ceilings, closets, doors and trim. The carpenters installed all new baseboards upstairs and replaced water damaged drywall and baseboards downstairs. Leo and his crew are professional, always on time, and worked long hours to get our job done. Leo was patient and accommodating as we asked for some extra work once our renovations were underway. Leo’s rates are very reasonable! And, most important, he continued to stay in contact with us to get one last item taken care of and apologized for the wait. This during his most busy time and after being paid. I highly recommend Leo’s Painting and Carpentry Service – they are dependable, professional, and honest!

Leo's was always perfectly on time and responsive to any questions I had during the estimate/quote. Leo is a lifetime professional painter who does the painting himself in person with his team and does not just send less-experienced painters. They were able to cover a massive amount of 20 feet high interior walls in just 1.5 days. In addition to painting they included fixing damaged spots, screw insert holes/bumps on walls, filling cracks, and going above/beyond what was discussed during the walk-through estimate. After getting 5 quotes he was the middle priced, highest value, most experienced, fastest, cleanest, and best option.

LEO'S PAINTING SERVICES company to have chosen to paint the entire interior of my new home. LEO the owner was very personable, professional and a great guy to have working in my home daily for two weeks. Communication and timeliness was fantastic. There were some challenges with the condition of some of the walls and he was great at giving me options and suggestions. I didn't like a color that I had chosen for 3 rooms and he had no problem repainting them for me in a different color. Leo and his team did an excellent job power-washing and repainting the exterior of our house in Wellfleet. This included replacing rotting trim. We were in the house the whole time the job was being done. His team was professional, very efficient and respectful of the house and us. The cedar shingles and the painted trim look like new. He transformed a tired house into something that exceeded our expectations. Leo send regular updates and videos to satisfy our curiosities. We were so happy with Leo that we asked him to address the outside of the house. He repaired all trim rot, repaired a roof copula, completely removed all clapboards on garaged, repaired rotted deck wood and cleaned and painted home. Again work exceeded our expectations. My wife and I hired Leo's Painting Services to paint the exterior of our brick house, including trim and some doors . They also painted the garage (hardy board siding) and the garage doors. They were the only painting company in Cape Cod we could find who was willing to bejamim moore products, which is a paint specifically designed for masonry. Leo came out personally for the quote and carefully explained what was in scope and out of scope of the work. His detailed estimate broke everything down, which we really appreciated. When work started a couple months later, the painters were courteous, hardworking, and careful to tape and cover everything not being painted. They also went the extra mile by caulking any gaps or holes they came across. After the work was complete, they went back over everything to look for bare spots, fix any overspray, and even power-washed the walkway. If you're looking for an exterior painting company in CAPE COD , especially one willing to work with bejamim products, I would wholeheartedly recommend Leo's Painting services They do good quality work and charge a fair price.(Duxbury ma)
LEO'S and the team painted our main level with extreme professionalism and great integrity! The team arrived on the days they said they would, and almost precisely the time they said they would (what contractors do that?!!) The paint work is amazing, done with great care and very efficient! We first used leo painting services and carpentry and crew for house painting 10 years ago. They have always done great work for us at very fair and reasonable prices. Recently, their team has done a lot of work on our 40 year old home (replaced all windows, replaced front door, replaced all of the outdoor wood trim with Azek trim boards, replaced old gutters and downspouts, replaced the rusted/rotted bulkhead door, exterior house wash and painting and some interior painting). Throughout the projects, they always coordinated their timing with our schedule and kepp checking in with us to make sure that we were happy with everything. Leo's team took the proper amount of time and diligence to prep all surfaces (wash, sand, prime). They used quality Benjamin Moore paints throughout. Leo listened to our needs and was responsive. He does not want to rush the job. Be patient with time, weather and the vast number of people on his team. Leo's price was also competitive with others.
